Product Description

Design

Our high voltage EV cable boasts a unique and innovative design. The outer layer is a reinforced rubber jacket that provides exceptional abrasion resistance and mechanical strength. It has a ribbed texture for added grip and to prevent the cable from slipping during installation. Inside, the cable features a multi-layered insulation system with a combination of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) materials. The conductor is a high-strength copper alloy with a special annealing process to improve its flexibility and conductivity. The shielding layer is made of a metallic braid that provides effective EMI/RFI protection.
