This 150℃ 600V/900V XLPO unshielded EV auxiliary cable is engineered by Wuxi Zhonghui Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. Product Design & Material Structure

Conductor: Silver-plated copper wire (IEC/VDE Class 5/6), which provides significantly higher conductivity than traditional copper conductors, ensuring ultra-low resistance and efficient power transmission with minimal energy loss.

Insulation System: Multi-layer structure consisting of a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) inner layer and a fluoropolymer outer layer. This dual-layer design enhances insulation performance and chemical resistance, effectively protecting the cable from external damage and ensuring stable electrical performance.
